Do you have a meeting, training, or after work get-together that needs a space away from the office? We've got you covered.  The Groundfloor offers spaces for conversation, team building, training and small group brainstorm sessions.  Water, tea and coffee included.

Price List

For use of the groundfloor including terrace/garden.  

Prices include water, tea and coffee.  No smoking or pets.  Hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 7pm unless specially requested evening or weekend event. 

Catering or additional decoration options can be discussed for an additional cost. 

Shared space is for max 10 people at any time, including guests, and not available if there is a private event.  The 10 hour pass is good for 60 days.  The monthly rate can be renewed each month or purchased for 6 to 12 months in advance.  Ask about special discount for advance purchasing.
